Hello - My Pick Up Roller is not the Issue - - My Problem being the "Rear Drive Unit" ( 170 ) - Where the Paper Sheets are being jammed after proceeding through the Rear Top Pinch Roller ( 1) in "Unit Part No 170" as per the Parts Diagram, "It appears that the Paper Sheets" are catching on the "Bottom of the Arched Housing"? Could this be that the Large Roller's "Rubber Tyre Ring" has worn causing the Paper to Catch after proceeding through the "Top Pinch Roller" - then "Catching on the Arch Body"- approx 3/4 of the Paper's Travel around the Top Pinch Roller?? - The Paper Feed then Jams as hitting the Arch Body of the Printer.
by the (170) - we suspect that you are referring to a reference number in a diagram. we did pull all the diagrams in then printers for this offering - we did NOT see a 170. what is your model number? happy to assist. if we do not stock the part - we can see if the part is available and do a special order.
