I have a DeLonghi BCO43X and both the steam nozzle and silver removable milk frother have gone missing. I have found the silver removable milk frother nozzle on your site and am ready to purchase but cannot locate the the steam nozzle for my model. Do you have it? Thank you.
thank you for reaching out to us - using BCO43X we are having a problem finding additional information - with delonghi, they like to use the X as a wild card. if you look on the bottom of your unit - there is a full model number. what is that full model number? we know, delonghi could not have put the model number in a worse spot - we should be thankful that they do not make cars! please advise. pictures are fine too.
