Do you have the window bracket slider for PACEX398VUVC?
thank you for reaching out to us. your unit has a 6 inch hose and uses a single hole bracket. The issue that we are having is your unit is so new - delonghi has not released any of the technical bulletins. can you send us a picture of the end of the exhaust hose that will go to the slider. also, there should be an adapter that connects the end of the hose - so the hose can attach to the windows slider. we may have one more question for you - so when you reply - if you would like to include your cell - this may speed things along.
