How do I know for sure that this is what I need to fix the problem with my Brother MFC7860DW Laser Printer, which will not pick up any paper, and when it tries to, it tells me there is no paper, even when the paper tray is full?
sounds like the cam lever! A link is below. This part does NOT come with installation instructions - this is not the easiest fix.
