where is the volume button?
second button from the bottom on the left hand side! or just above the netflix button. to adjust the push the button up or down.....the button does not push in.

on the remote, you have to press the microphone option to use the voice recognition. It sounds like you are using an app on your iphone - is this correct? There are a variety of apps for the samsung TVs - how to stop siri will be at the app level. I would consider reaching out to the publisher of the app that you are using.
