I have a PAC CN120E It is not blowing cold air. This happened once before and they sent me a sensor that read the room temperature, I installed it and the AC started working. Is this sensor available.

I have a PAC N 100EL it starts up fine runs for about 2 minutes then the compressor kicks off , any ideas ?
