The only identifying marks I see on my Hisense portable AC unit are batch number K-GHNR and serial number KGHNR JK 0050. There is a 3rd unidentified number 1KK007 000QZP KGHNR JK 0050. I am looking for the adaptor that allows me to connect an exhaust tube. Can you tell me which to order? It is a 6.5” slotted space where the adapter slides in. Thank you!
getting the correct model number is key. let's do this. please send pictures. the back of the unit normally has a plate that has information about the AC Unit ....including the model number. if you can send us that and a picture of your hose along with whether you need the adapter for to attach the hose to the back of the AC Unit or the Window Slider - we are happy to help!
