I think we can help us! where people go wrong on this part - is the part that connects to the hose. Hisense uses two different styles. the style hose that shipped with your AC Unit - had rings on both ends, so the hose looked this THIS. Assuming that your hose looks like the preceding link - THIS adapter attaches the hose to the back of the AC Unit. if you need the adapter that attaches the hose to the window slider - click HERE. If your hose does NOT have rings on it - reply as such.
