Samsung TVs come with two different types of remotes:  1.  Infrared remote ( BN59-01315J is an infrared remote ) 2.  Bluetooth Remote ( the remote in the offering that you inquired about is a bluetooth ).

The bluetooth remote will NOT automatically pair with your TV that came with an IR remote.  Will the manual pairing option enable the bluetooth remote to work on your TV?  No.  

You can get the bluetooth remote to work - but doing so is well beyond the scope of this website.  There are sites that specialize in doing what you are speaking of.  You may want to consider connecting with Samsung Technical Support - I am sure that they have people there that can assist you with connecting a bluetooth remote to your TV.
