What is the warranty time on this remote. This remote came with my HW-HM45C sound bar. The remote is no longer working. I thought the battery needed to be replaced, but the remote is still not working. There was no indication of failure. It just stopped working remotely to my sound bar.
This is straight from the warranty on your unit: One (1) Year Parts and Labor*, (*90 Days Parts and Labor for Commercial Use). Please know that you would need to go directly through Samsung if you wanted to use the warranty. From time to time, we have people that buy a remote and send back their old broken remote - please know that we do reject the return in such situations.
