Where do I find the Samsung device numbers you show above. My Samsung is a 32 inch smart TV but I am not sure about which one to choose. This one looks familiar. The last time I saw it was when we added a Fire Stick and I have not seen it since. Looked everywhere and unfortunately I need it to use my Firestick. Any help you can provide would be most helpful.

normally it is on the back of the TV around the serial number.  also on the user manual.
