Bought a home with Samsung model # RS25J50*.. it is missing a door bin ... the number on the bottom of one of the other s is DA63-05211A .. what do I need to order for replacement...
normally, the code stamped on the bin is a component part number - which does us nothing - however, this appears not be the case here! that is good news. however, depending on the door and bin position - this may or may not be the correct bin. so let's nail this down for you - inside of your refrigerator, there should be a small plate with your model number...note, RS25J50* may have come from a user manual....we need to get specific. plese reply back with the model number, which door (right or left when looking into the refrigerator) and how many bins from the top where the dairy bin counts as one. happy to help! if you prefer to call, we are in the mountain time zone and are generally in the office after 8am. our phone normally stays on until 10pm.
