Do you have Tray 1 for the XP-630 Epsom Photo Printer. My daughter broke one of the small tips off the back and I think that’s the reason it’s giving a paper error. I’ve tried everything to get this printer that’s only been used a few times to Air Print from my phone. It keeps giving me error message that tray 1 has NO Paper, despite me not using tray 1. I’m using tray 2.🤬. I do have the arrows lined up and she did use the printer Post the tip being broke on the back. We just can’t figure out why else the issue unless this tip is causing a sensitive alignment issue. Thank You, Darlene
