OEM Panasonic Microwave Glass Plate Turntable Originally Shipped With NNSN744S, NN-SN744S

I bought twice the turntable tray with right part # A06014A00AP (15”, weight 3.14 lbs) for my Panasonic Microwave model NN-SN744S and both trays were not for NN-SN744S. The diameter was right, 15”, but the weight was wrong. My original tray weighed around 9 to 10 lbs and it was very thick and heavy. Here were the problems: I placed the new tray I bought on the original roller ring (10” diameter), the ring raised up the tray and the tray could not touch the motor shaft, so the motor shaft turned but the turntable tray stayed still, did not move. I removed the original roller ring then the tray fitted in the motor shaft and it moved. However, the tray circled without roller ring was unbalanced and unstable. My original tray was on the roller ring and fitted the motor shaft in the middle of the tray. Does someone out there understood this issue and find me the original tray to fit my microwave NN-SN744S ? My current microwave works like a brand new one. The original turntable tray was heavy and my lady roommate couldn’t hold when she took it out to clean and she dropped it. PLEASE HELP ME, I am so desperate. I ordered the tray twice and returned twice. Please help !

I have verified that you purchased the correct glass plate.  honestly, I am left wondering about the roller ring.  was it the correct one?  may I suggest that you give us a call with the roller ring that you have in your microwave handy.  with roller rings, the diameter is important.  but the wheels or rollers come in different heights.  we have some wheels that are an inch tall - others that are 1/2 inch tall.  if you decide to call, have whoever picks up grab a PAN-ACC-5510 (this is our warehouse location) and have them help you compare measurements!  (720) 379-8578
