This doesn't look like my remote, ie it doesn't have the "magic wheel" for feature access.
your describing the magic remote. your TV actually has two remotes. the one in the picture. and the magic remote. we have dropped the magic remotes from our catalog for a variety of reasons. the best place to buy a magic remote is LG. buying through LG will be a little more expensive - but you can hold them accountable for navigating you through the very difficult process of pairing and registering the remote with your TV.
