Does this work with Epson SureColor (sc-p400) P400 printer?
thanks for the question - epson does not sell an assembly for your waste ink area. they sell just the pads. there are two problems with the pads for the sc-p400: 1. they are fairly expensive. 2. they don't come with installation instructions and installing them is like completing a puzzle. timing to get the pads would be about a month. let us know your thoughts.

Does it come with the ink pad?
yes. this comes with the black plastic and the pads inside. you will need to reset the printer to clear the error. here is an epson link that will do the trick. this link only works on pc based pcs. Click HERE for the link.

Does the reset program need to be run via USB or can it work via WiFi? I attempted the reset last night but it came up with an error. I'm running Windows 11, and I noticed the utility says it's compatible with only up to Windows 10? I'm interested in buying the new part, but not if I can't reset my printer. Thank you.
the reset program will NOT work via WIFI. it requires you to to connect the printer to the computer using a USB program. third part programs will clear the error - they run between $7 to $15 or so. if you go this direction - be careful when selecting the third party. please know that we do not sell any software.

no. we only sell the assembly which includes the epson reinstalled pads.
