Other than battery replacement what other problems could cause the remote to stop working ?
the metal connectors in the remote itself going bad. could be the IR transmittor in the remote. the IR receiver in the TV. something being in front of the IR sensor on the TV. floursent light. standing too far away from the TV. could require a simple power down of the TV and remote.
