How do I get this to work with my DPAC5011.1
thank you for the question - all of our parts are branded - so there is no programming or pairing required for the infrared remotes. the remote that you are questioning is an infrared remote. the first think I would do is pull the clear strip and give the remote a try. if it does not work - know that this is an older remote - I would try putting in a FRESH battery as batteries loose their umph over time. next, if this remote still does not work with a fresh battery - I would reach out to us - we see that the model number that you quoted is NOT a part of the offering. the DPAC5011 - danby dos recommend a different remote - we are happy to help you out with this.
